PROJECTS

You may know us as Doctors Africa, but at the Foundation we also respond to needs on the ground. We use our resources and specialists for other local projects under the collective name Doktorsi.

WHAT DO WE DO AS DOCTORS?

We have 120 volunteers, among them the best specialists in various fields of medicine. Many Krakow professors and doctors cooperate with us. Together we are guided by expertise, empathy, and youthful enthusiasm.

In 2022, we were the first to organize field hospitals for refugees from the war in Ukraine. Over the following years, thousands of patients have passed through our outpatient clinics. We respond to needs, we help those affected by the homelessness crisis.

We regularly visit Children's Homes, rehabilitation facilities, schools and kindergartens. We conduct health promotion campaigns, research and always provide professional medical assistance. In addition, we have been working in close cooperation with the Jagiellonian University for years.
